1. Automatic bag picking & placing
Empty open-mouth bags are lifted from the magazine and positioned on the filler by the Recens Flour Automatic Bagging Carousel Machine. The carousel layout keeps several spouts busy at once, so throughput stays high even at 25 kg per drop.
2. Net weighing & filling
A high-precision net weigher doses every charge. Our Fully Automatic Bagging Machine handles 25 / 40 / 50 kg PP woven and paper bags at roughly ±0.2% accuracy, which protects both your yield and your customers.
3. Sewing & sealing
Once filled, the bag neck is closed by the Recens Flour Automatic Sewing Machine, with an optional heat-seal strip for a hygienic, dust-tight closure that suits food-grade flour.
4. Bag attaching & downstream handling
The Recens Flour Automatic Bag Attacher and the Tubular Reel Automatic Bagging Machine complete the downstream handling, so operators only load reels and pallets rather than touching every bag.
