Automatic bag attacher that places empty PP woven bags onto 4 or 6 spout carousel filling stations. 600-bag magazine, negative-pressure bag opening, automatic faulty-bag ejector and up to 12 bags per minute with no operator at the spout.
Applications
The Recens® Flour Automatic Bag Attacher removes the last manual job from a carousel packing line: putting the empty bag on the spout. A high-capacity bag magazine feeds a suction pick-up station, the bag is opened under negative pressure and carried by a servo-driven swing arm to the circular filling spout of the scale, where it is clamped and filled. On a 4 or 6 spout carousel this is the difference between a line that needs an operator at every spout and a line that needs one operator for the whole packing hall.
