Automatic bag sewing station for 15/20/25/40 kg PP woven bags. It grips and shapes the bag mouth, holds it straight into a photoelectric sewing head and stitches up to 12 bags per minute on 4 or 6 spout carousel lines.
Applications
The Recens® Flour Automatic Sewing Machine is the bag-closing station that sits at the end of a high-speed flour packing line. It takes the filled bag handed over from the carousel bagging machine, straightens and stretches the bag mouth, and feeds it through a photoelectric-controlled sewing head that shapes and stitches the top in one continuous movement. Because the bag mouth is gripped and held straight through the whole transfer, the seam comes out square and uniform bag after bag — which is what keeps a pallet of 25 kg flour bags stable and presentable.
