Telescopic bag loading truck conveyor that extends into the truck or container to place filled 25-50 kg bags, with hydraulic height adjustment and a reversible belt. Up to 300 bags per hour and two to three fewer people in the loading bay.
Applications
The Recens® Bag Loading Truck Conveyor takes the lifting out of loading bagged goods. The conveyor runs on a telescopic boom that slides forward into the truck or container, so the operator can reach the far end of the load without walking in and out with every bag. Height is set hydraulically to match the truck bed, and the belt runs in both directions, so the same machine loads a truck at the mill and unloads one at the warehouse. On a typical outbound bag dispatch this removes two or three people from the loading bay and cuts vehicle turnaround time substantially.
