Recens® Fully Automatic Bagging Machine

Applications

The Recens® Fully Automatic Bagging Machine is a complete end-of-line packing system that takes empty open-mouth bags from a magazine, opens them, fills each one with a pre-weighed dose of product, and delivers it closed to the take-away conveyor — without an operator touching the bag. Weighing is done net-weight on a servo-driven scale, so every bag is filled to the target weight rather than to a fixed volume. That keeps giveaway under control even when bulk density drifts between batches, and it makes the same machine suitable for flour, feed, fertilizer and granular chemicals.

• Fully automatic sequence — bag placing, opening, weighing, filling, compacting, transfer, closing and discharge

• Net-weight filling on a servo-driven scale; accuracy typically within ±0.1 – 0.2 % of target weight

• Two-stage fast / trickle feed, with belt, screw or gravity feeder selected to suit granule or powder

• Handles 15 – 50 kg open-mouth bags: PP woven, PE-laminated woven, kraft paper and PE film

• Automatic bag magazine with vacuum pick-up; a fault-bag ejector clears a mis-picked bag and the machine resumes without stopping the line

• Bag mouth is cleaned and shaped before closing; sewing unit or heat sealer fitted to suit the bag

• Siemens PLC with colour touch-screen HMI — a recipe per bag size and product, recalled in one touch

• Dust-extraction connection, light-curtain guarding and guarded moving parts as standard
