Features
Recens® automatic bagging machine has an both of bag magazine and FFS module, allowing bags not only to be used from the bag magazine, but also to be produced from tubular film. Bag magazine Max. capacity is up to 900 woven PP bags. Position sensor get open-mouth position and interlock servo
Here the bag is opened by means of a suction bar, placed on the filling spout, clamped in place and filled. The filled bag is then detected (and placed on the conveyor belt) and from
there it is transported to the bag sewing machine
Recens® bag open-mouth cylinders and linear modules are used as actuators. The bag suction nozzle is matched with the pneumatic finger cylinder for clamping, and the opening uses a negative pressure suction and cylinder clamping mechanism
